\nSuggestions of consumption hearts of extra gourmet artichokes to the Natural:
\n1.- Consume hot as the main dish or side of meat and fish, saut\u00e9ing in a pan a couple of garlic and bacon teeth or finely sliced ham, then pour the saut\u00e9 on the artichokes.
\n2.- Drain the artichokes and split them in half. Cover with flour and beaten egg. Go through grated bread and fry in abundant oil. Serve with french fries or as a side dish of meat.
