The Arroz Carnaroli Gourmet author Val de Falc\u00f3, belongs to the variety japonica, and is one of the types of rice most commonly used in the preparation of the risotto.<\/p>\n

Retains their shape after slow cooking, it absorbs the flavours, it offers a firm texture, fluffy and with the kernel al dente.<\/p>\n

The rice Carnaroli is a native of Vercelli and Novara, in the Piedmont region (Italy), it seems that it got around 1945.<\/p>\n

Is a medium-grain rice, round and white, considered the king of the risotto, classified as a rice superfine and the highest quality.<\/p>\n

This rice is rich in starch, specifically, is one of the rice with the highest amylose content (molecule of starch).<\/p>\n
