intense cherry colour, with an intense aroma of long duration, spicy, very intense, and light tannins well combined.<\/p>\n

Suitable for all kinds of meats, birds, and especially roasted, as well as all kinds of cheese.<\/p>\n

Serve around 16\u00ba-18\u00baC.<\/p>\n

Wines made with 100% of each grape variety, harvested at the optimal moment of maturation, with rigorous selection of grapes of the quality of our own vineyards.<\/p>\n

Procedures oenological strict and different for each variety with fermentation at a controlled temperature.<\/p>\n

A family business with a long tradition in the production of wines of high quality and in the cultivation of our own vineyards.<\/p>\n

In Cari\u00f1ena in 1903, the year in which D. Ignacio Mar\u00edn founded the Winery.<\/p>\n

Since then, successive generations of the family saga have dedicated all their knowledge and expertise to the painstaking work that begins in the vineyard and ends in each one of the bottles that come out of our Warehouse with destination to the five continents.<\/p>\n

The vineyards are located in the towns of Encinacorba and Carignan, so we took advantage of the different micro-climates to breed varieties that are perfectly adapted.<\/p>\n

Tempranillo, Cari\u00f1ena, Garnacha, Cabernet, Muscat and Merlot are the basis of our excellent reds, and some of them, for our famous ros\u00e9 wines.<\/p>\n
