Su color es rojo intenso cereza picota muy madura con tonalidades viol\u00e1ceas, p\u00farpura y tintas. Floral aromas of violets and rose petals; wild mountain, balsamic, licorice,red and black fruits: raspberry, blackberry, cherry, and plum. It is the latter that we refer to the fruit of the grape, leaving an aftertaste similar to that of having eaten a few grapes at the right moment of maturation, a fair acidity, sweetness and tannin. Soft entry on the palate, ample, tasty, structured and balanced. Complex,elegant and long aftertaste. The harmony of its varieties gives the typicity and personality of the VI\u00d1A URBEZO. Cuisine: noodle dishes of chicken in chilindr\u00f3n with all i oli pine nuts, carpaccio of smoked cod, foie gras, cheeses, mushrooms, red meats, roasts, and blue fish flavored.
