Our recipes Chocolate-organic and Fairtrade, contain ingredients that enhance the flavour of the cocoa, and at the same time, they add texture, taste, contrast and innovation. Its only 7 mms. thick get that the chocolate is melted in the mouth without being chewed, thereby allowing the chocolate to express itself and release all their aromas and nuances. In addition, all our chocolate bars can be found a Golden Ticket that will give you the opportunity to visit our workshop and see how to make the chocolate, in addition to being able to take home a full batch of our products.<\/div>\n

Chocolate artisans ecological and fair trade Isabel<\/h2>\n
After many years of working the chocolate on some of the best patisseries and chocolate shops of Europe, in 1997, we fulfilled our dream: to open a small workshop of chocolate in our village, Alcorisa, a small village of Teruel in Spain. Thus was born Chocolate artisans eco Elizabeth. A place where you create with the chocolate and making it a jewel, that brings pleasure to the senses and to the heart of the people. To create our chocolate artisans, we work with raw materials from Fair Trade and Eco-friendly, such as cocoa and sugar from sugarcane or hedges, and also for local consumption, mainly the Extra Virgin olive oil and almond marcona. We enjoy our work, creating chocolates of different and innovative from the best raw materials, to be able to offer a natural product, and healthy with a source fair<\/div>\n
Chocolate artisan gourmet<\/strong> The selection of the highest quality products is part of our philosophy, so we always work with the best chocolate coatings, and for the manufacture of our chocolate bean-to-bar (of the bean to the tablet) select the cocoas in function of its purity, its origin and its qualities. In addition, we have replaced fats with which you often work in sweet shop (butter, margarine or vegetable oils for Virgin Olive Oil organic Extra of the variety Empeltre.<\/div>\n
olive oil is one of the main ingredients of almost all of our candy. And in place of white sugar refined we use brown sugar, panela, honey, or natural stevia.<\/div>\n
All our products are manufactured in our workshop. Even we prepare ourselves, our candied fruit or dried, the pecan pralines and the dried fruits and nuts pastries. We care and we respect the making of our chocolates, and we hope that the notes in their flavor.<\/div>\n
