EDAD DEL VI\u00d1EDO: 4 a\u00f1os LA TIERRA: En el paraje URBEZO, el microclima, los suelos pedregosos y la flora y vientos de la Sierra de Algair\u00e9n son esenciales para que las vi\u00f1as desarrollen todo su potencial, obteniendo bajas producciones de excelente calidad y vinos ecol\u00f3gicos de gran expresi\u00f3n. FRAMEWORK OF PLANTING: 2.80 x 1,06 m PLANTING DENSITY: 3.170 strains\/Ha PRUNING: Double-Royat conducted in trellis GREEN harvest: April-may 2018. PRODUCTION: 1.8 kg\/strain. VINTAGE: Night, October 15, 2017. ELABORATION: Maceration in cold for 8 to 10 hours. Then, pressing very soft. Using static the must 24 hours. TASTING notes: pale yellow in Colour. In nose is complex, intense, very varietal, with hints of roses and white flowers. In the mouth it is soft, ample, voluminous, well-balanced, with a final very nice. GASTRONOMY: Aperitifs, foie gras, fish, seafood, creamy cheeses, stuffed eggs, desserts and homemade cake. SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 8 to 10 \u00b0C. T vineyards organic Solar Urbezo are plants growing in dry lands with low rainfall, very rocky, with boulders of medium size which cover half of the estate, and the subsoil clay of great depth. In these conditions and, thanks to the good work they do in the field according to the parameters of the organic farming<\/strong>, get grapes with a lot of potential and a large concentration of which are these wines so authentic and so expressive.   <\/p>\n
