Vintage Chardonnay 2017 Vi\u00f1as del Vero Somontano Box 6 bottles 75cl<\/strong><\/p>\n The year wine year 2015 can be described as irregular, with abundant rainfall that is concentrated during the autumn and the summer, being remarkable a shortage of rain during the winter and spring.<\/p>\n with Respect to the temperatures in winter were few frosts, all of them prior to sprouting, while in summer the month of July was the warmest of the last few decades.<\/p>\n Because of the moderate daytime temperatures that were recorded during the harvest, the last phase of maturation was very slow.<\/p>\n that’s why we made macerations film in the white varieties and pre-fermentation maceration in the inks to enhance the extraction of aromas.<\/p>\n As a result, the wines of the vintage 2015, are the swiss, structured and pleasant, offering intense aromas and powerful flavours.<\/p>\n The harvest began on the 18th of August with the Pinot Noir variety, and ended on the 16th of October with the Cabernet Sauvignon.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Feature of the Vineyard <\/strong> it Is located on a hill at 410 meters above sea level and north-south orientation.
