Wine Gourmet red Wine Wings Mariposa 2016 is a magnificent wine gourmet red wine from tempranillo 100%, semi-carbonic maceration.<\/p>\n

Two tempranillos for an alliance. Two production methods for a fusion of tradition and modernity.<\/p>\n

A tempranillo is produced by introducing whole grapes in the tanks (as did our grandparents), and doing a carbonic maceration partial.<\/p>\n

The other tempranillo is made with current techniques in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.<\/p>\n

Finally, it performs a blend of both.<\/p>\n

Resounding and attractive on the nose, it is surprising and joyful.<\/p>\n

Series aromatic predominant fruity and ethereal, with rich scents that invite you to taste on our palate.<\/p>\n

Her contact in the mouth, reminds us of ripe fruit and exotic.<\/p>\n

Bodegas Ignacio Mar\u00edn<\/h4>\n

A family business with a long tradition in the production of wines of high quality and in the cultivation of our own vineyards.<\/p>\n

In Cari\u00f1ena in 1903, the year in which D. Ignacio Mar\u00edn founded the Winery.<\/p>\n

Since then, successive generations of the family saga have dedicated all their knowledge and expertise to the painstaking work that begins in the vineyard and ends in each one of the bottles that come out of our Warehouse with destination to the five continents.<\/p>\n

The vineyards are located in the towns of Encinacorba and Cari\u00f1ena, so we took advantage of the different micro-climates to breed varieties that are perfectly adapted.<\/p>\n

Tempranillo, Cari\u00f1ena, Garnacha, Cabernet, Muscat and Merlot are the basis of our excellent reds, and some of them, for our famous ros\u00e9 wines.<\/p>\n
