Wine Gourmet Vintage 2012 Wine Wings Aguila, is a red wine gourmet unique Garnacha and Cari\u00f1ena. The Aguila flies over our vines are very old. Strains almost extinct of Cari\u00f1ena and grenache, what is most our own and most precious. \u00e7 What is native and what has that to last for generations. It is the philosophy of production of this wine. Are vines of age indefinite as they were when our grandparents were farming. Vines with very little production, rainfed farming, poor soil and on slopes with rock substrates, difficult to cultivate. Almost missing most strains of which are in production. Manual harvest quite late, collected in boxes, step through the selection table and making caring a long time of maceration. The wine leaves the warehouse powerful and vital; and we’re going to domarlo, little by little, in the oak barrels over the years, the silence, the darkness and the honey. That’s why this magnificent wine gourmet vintage 2012 has a broad structure, tannins that exalt its passage in the mouth and a broad repertoire of aromatic. Direct you to your senses. A family business with a long tradition in the production of wines of high quality and in the cultivation of our own vineyards. In Cari\u00f1ena in 1903, the year in which D. Ignacio Mar\u00edn founded the Winery. Since then, successive generations of the family saga have dedicated all their knowledge and expertise to the painstaking work that begins in the vineyard and ends in each one of the bottles that come out of our Warehouse with destination to the five continents. The vineyards are located in the towns of Encinacorba and Cari\u00f1ena, so we took advantage of the different micro-climates to breed varieties that are perfectly adapted. Tempranillo, Cari\u00f1ena, Garnacha, Cabernet, Muscat and Merlot are the basis of our excellent reds, and some of them, for our famous ros\u00e9 wines.u
