Exquisite mussels gourmet large size 12\/16 selected from the Rias gallegas manufactured by Canning Areoso of the group Vergano<\/p>\n
Mussels (Mytilus galloprovincialis) from the Galician Rias, of homogeneous size in sauce pickled and hand-selected in each tin.<\/p>\n
Ingredients: Mussel, 61%, sauce escabeche 39% (olive oil 68%, wine vinegar 22%, onion, garlic and blend of spices).<\/p>\n
The molluscs should be washed with clean sea water and devoid of dirt, a process controlled through the control organoleptic that is performed at the entrance of the mussel to the factory.<\/p>\n
