Albert Adri\u00e0 forged his career as a chef at El Bulli (Cala Montjoi \u2013 Roses) along with his brother, Ferran Adri\u00e0, where he was responsible for the pastry and the creative area.
With the closing of El Bulli, Albert Adri\u00e0 began his professional career in Barcelona where he opened his first tapas restaurant, Tickets. With the good reception it received, came new facilities: the restaurant and cocktail lounge 41\u00ba, the restaurant nikkei Pakta, the vermuter\u00eda Bodega 1900 and the mexican restaurant Hoja Santa \u2013 taqueria Ni\u00f1o Viejo.
