To get the best honey and harvest them at the right time, we apply the method of the TRANSHUMANCE (moving of our apiaries to different areas sustainable, according to a thermal gradient that impacts on the flowering of interest in beekeeping).<\/p>\n
In this way, the bees harvested the best flowers of each season and zone two fundamental purposes: to strengthen the inhabitants of the hive (bees) and in consequence produce a honey exquisite varieties of flowers predominant.<\/p>\n
Beginning of the process of transhumance : Our bees are located in their majority in NATURAL SETTING (parks, natural areas NETWORK NATURA 2000, etc..) in order to integrate the apiary into the ecosystem most pure as possible from each area, thus respecting the environment and its natural cycle.<\/p>\n
