In this way, the product reaches your table WITH ALL THE PROPERTIES INTACT, without any alteration, transformation or mixing. It should be noted that honey has no natural expiration date, due to its powerful bactericidal power.\nTranshumance and ecology\nTo obtain the best honeys and collect them at the right time, we apply the method of transhumance (transfer of our colmenars to different sustainable areas, according to a thermal gradient that affects the flowering of beekeeping interest).
