Place of origin
Lagoon of Gallocanta. Located in the southwest of the province of Zaragoza, on a plateau, 1000 m of altitude above sea level, is located the Lagoon of Gallocanta, one of the areas lagoons active most relevant in the Iberian System. We have the biggest lagoon steppe of Spain, with an extension of 14, 4 km2 and a maximum capacity of 5 hm3 whose genesis dates back to the end of the Tertiary Era. Bird paradise where they gather each winter season up to 100,000 birds, becoming the enclave of concentration of cranes most important of all Europe.

To get the best honey and harvest them at the right time, we apply the method of the TRANSHUMANCE (moving of our apiaries to different areas sustainable, according to a thermal gradient that impacts on the flowering of interest in beekeeping). In this way, the bees harvested the best flowers of each season and zone two fundamental purposes: to strengthen the inhabitants of the hive (bees) and in consequence produce a honey exquisite varieties of flowers predominant.
