Harvest night.
de-Stemming and crushing.
pre-fermentation Maceration 6 days at 10° C.

Reassembled: two stirred daily until the density of 1,000.

The wine remains in French oak barrels (funds) and american oak (staves) for three months.

Winery Monte Odina:
Winery Monte Odina is a family-owned winery , located in finca Monte Odina that belongs to the family of Romeo from generations ago located in the north of Spain, at the foot of the Pyrenees very close to the French border.
The vineyards of the Winery Monte Odina, are located at a height between 350 and 1000 metres above sea level and reflected the rich tradition and history of a region with climate and strong contrasts.
Winery Monte Odina has a production capacity of about 250,000 bottles; it features an own vineyard and in addition we acquire grapes from other winegrowers of the appellation of origin of Somontano which are overseen by our field technicians.
it Is important to highlight that we have the best winemaker of Aragon, Jesus Navascués, character recognized, and highly professional, their work along with the location, the unique grape varieties with which we work, the great effort and care of our strains make our wines to be of a high quality.
We have grapes of the varieties Gewüztraminer (white, very floral and aromatic), Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Garnacha, Tempranillo and Merlot, some of them from (for the first time this year) of organic vineyards.
The year 2017 has been a good year for the winery since we have won several gold medals in different international competitions among which are the prestigious International Contest Bacchus, Berlin Wine Trophy and the Asia wine Trophy.
