The yellowfin tuna or Yellowfin, is an oily fish which is highly appreciated for its nutritional value and high content of Omega-3.
Freshly caught, the yellowfin undergoes the process of cooking and then take it to the can by a cut just only from the trunk and without crumbs.
manufacturing Process : The yellowfin tuna or Yellowfin is selected in function of their origin, size and time of capture.
once in the factory, the loins of yellowfin tuna is cooked, to be then carried to the tin through a fair court, and without crumbs, providing a smooth and juicy texture.
adds a covering of olive oil, it is closed and it is sterilized under strict controls, to ensure the conservation and quality of the product without the addition of artificial preservatives.

This project is, today, a reality already, in September of 2013, Preserves Areoso soil achieved the certification in ISO-22000.
This certification is a demonstration of the involvement of the entire company in the food safety and high quality of its products.
