Development of Care Oak 2018 red wine box 12 bottles 75 cl, D. O. Cariñena :

The different varieties were vinificaron separately given their different cycle of maturity.
These grapes once being removed from their stems and without crumpling, were the tanks fermenters conical stainless steel.
After a cold maceration (9 ° C) during 8 days, it underwent alcoholic fermentation with selected yeast, leaving the temperature is reached at 24ºC.
After the devatting or drawing off, the wine made the malolactic fermentation and after mixing the two varieties (50%) underwent a rest in new barrel of American Oak for 4 months.

Wine red cherry color with intense violet tones in the rim.

Aromas clean and intense, reminiscent of black and red fruits of bramble (blackberry, raspberry, strawberry…), on a bed of those contributed by the barrel (roasted, toffee…).

In the mouth it is full, tasty and sweet. Powerful in their entry and passage through the mouth, again reminds us of the fruits of bush, that we perceived in the olfactory phase.

End of the mouth, persistent, frank, and fruity in the aftertaste.

Pairing with charcuterie, grilled meats, stews light.
