Our foam sea salt gourmet is obtained in the Salinas Bras del Port, from the water of the Mediterranean sea, by a careful totally natural process.
The incredible texture of the foam of the salt of Bras del Port attached to the smoke and ginger, created an original mix aromatic, pleasant and intense enriched with different shades any type of kitchen.
