The foam of sea salt gourmet is obtained in the Salinas Bras del Port, from the water of the Mediterranean sea, by a careful totally natural process.
The foam with tomato and basil, made by adding dried tomatoes and crushed basil foam with natural salt.

The foam of sea salt gourmet with tomato and basil Bras del Port, is a salt amazingly light thanks to its low density, hence its exclusivity and limited production.
All combined with intense flavor and color of tomato and the enveloping fragrance of the basil, brings a blast of the essence of the mediterranean on the palate.
Ingredients: sea Salt (min. 90 %), tomato (max. 7%), basil (max. 3%).

Shape and color: appearance similar to the flower of salt, but grain hollow and sponge-like. Orange Color with specks of green.
Texture: surprisingly light and pleasant feeling in the mouth. Dissolves instantly to the temperature of the palate.

Suggestions of use: it is advised to use in the phase of emplatado, sprinkle the product before serving.
