Miel de Romero monofloral pura de color blanco y suave sabor anacarado que le otorga el Romero (Rosmarinus officinalis) como variedad autóctona predominante en este peculiar paraje semidesértico único en Europa y situado en el centro de Aragón (Los Monegros).

Excelsa miel de romero natural pura recolectada mediante un proceso artesanal estrictamente cuidadoso y respetuoso con el medio ambiente, con el objeto de mantener la esencia vital de un producto totalmente natural:
• Cruda: no ha sido sometida a procesos de sobrecalentamiento (más de 40 º) ni pasteurización, conservando inalteradas todas las vitaminas, nutrientes y enzimas, así como sus valiosas cualidades gustativas y olfativas.
• Pura: la producen las abejas mediante el proceso previo de libación de polen y néctar florales, y secreciones de plantas e insectos chupadores, procediendo a posteriori a su transformación y almacenamiento en las celdillas de la colmena; es por ello que se trata de un proceso 100% natural y auténtico, no interviniendo factores ajenos a los que la propia naturaleza otorga.
• Sin azúcares añadidos: nuestra miel es lo que es, pura, natural, cruda, tal y como la abeja la recolecta, transforma y almacena en la colmena, acaparando de esta manera azúcares naturales inherentes a una miel natural no alterada.

In the “JELLY OF LIGHT” we put at the disposal of the most demanding palates with a RAW HONEY AND PURE of unsurpassed quality, adhering to all the process of elaboration of the same, from the BREEDING SWARMS, care of the apiaries, harvesting of the product and packaging handmade in our mieleria (located in the village of Monegrillo in Aragon).
In this way, the product reaches your table WITH ALL THE PROPERTIES INTACT, without any alteration, transformation or mixing. It should be noted that the honey has no expiration date natural, due to its powerful bactericidal power.
To get the best honey and harvest them at the right time, we apply the method of the TRANSHUMANCE (moving of our apiaries to different areas sustainable, according to a thermal gradient that impacts on the flowering of interest in beekeeping).
