Albert Adrià forged his career as a chef at El Bulli (Cala Montjoi – Roses) along with his brother, Ferran Adrià, where he was responsible for the pastry and the creative area.
With the closing of El Bulli, Albert Adrià began his professional career in Barcelona where he opened his first tapas restaurant, Tickets. With the good reception it received, came new facilities: the restaurant and cocktail lounge 41º, the restaurant nikkei Pakta, the vermutería Bodega 1900 and the mexican restaurant Hoja Santa – taqueria Niño Viejo.
