La Cala de Albert Adrià

The Cala Albert Adrià is a homage to the aperitif and to the hour of the vermouth of all life so integrated into the Catalan and Spanish culture but with the creativity and resourcefulness of staff of one of the icons of our gastronomy, the chef Albert Adrià formed in the restaurant of the Cala Montjoi, El Bulli, which has been the engine of a great revolution in the history of the modern cuisine.

In the post-Bulli stage Albert Adrià has developed in the neighborhood of El Paral.lel of Barcelona several restaurants and locals in which the aperitif and the lid are the main protagonists, such as the Tickets with 2 Michelin stars, Holy leaf or the 1900 Winery.

The Cove is therefore the outcome of this attitude and concept, a brand of Barcelona origin, with a vermutera identity and a unique and differential personality capable of being attractive to the most demanding palates and crossing borders.

A merger between appetizer, cover, innovation, and preserves, which offers a carefully selected range of high quality products backed by conserveros and well-known manufacturers that collaborate throughout the development process and looking particularly at promoters of Cadiz, for products that are as special as the cheese Payoyo, Almadraba tuna, potato chips or the bark of ham.
