tasting Note
To view this wine offers us an intense cherry red color, well covered, with touches of garnet and violet tones.

the nose is very frank, with intense aromas of ripe fruit and spiced, roasted on a balsamic background.

On the palate, structured, tasty and powerful, with fine tannins, smooth and balanced, and which help to extend your life to end with a final in the mouth, long and elegant.

Service Temperature: 16º – 18º C

To accompany red meats, stews, cured cheeses and all kinds of game meats.

The maceration pre-fermentation and post-fermentation is carried out for 30-35 days, with pumping over daily, by controlling the temperature up to a maximum of 28ºC.

After the malolactic fermentation in the barrel, let it stand for two months (temperature controlled).

below is the racking to tank for stabilization and then to be aged in a barrel, where it will remain for a minimum of 12 months (temperature controlled).

Finally, it passes to aging in bottle where it finishes maturing for a minimum 18 months.
