Mussels (Mytilus galloprovincialis) from the Galician Rias, of homogeneous size in sauce pickled and hand-selected in each tin.

Ingredients: Mussel, 61%, sauce escabeche 39% (olive oil 68 %, wine vinegar 22 %, onion, garlic and blend of spices).

molluscs should be washed with clean sea water and devoid of dirt, a process controlled through the control organoleptic that is performed at the entrance of the mussel to the factory.

Preserves Areoso works exclusively with mussels from the Galician Rias, of homogeneous size and selected by hand in each tin.

The mussels, already debugged, cooked resulting in the meat of the mussel, which happens to be fried in olive oil.
