The minnows Gourmet of Conservas sandy soil offers an outstanding quality with a distinctive flavor.

The reason for this is the work that is done with great care in the selection of the sardine, in your cleaning and heading, as well as in the roasting to the traditional style, obtaining a product by all well-known.

The result in the can is of a texture that is incredible, an intense flavour and a high content of Omega-3 and oleic acid are so important for our health.

manufacturing Process: The minnow, despite being a fish, it is a product demanding and presents a development process with a lot of work.

On arrival to the factory, the minnow is descabeza and eviscera with a lot of care to avoid breakage and to not spoil the presence of the same.

then, placed on racks, passing, and by soaking them in brine (water and salt), to taste and hardness.

Subsequently, they are subjected to a roasting traditional and packed by hand in each tin.

This project is, today, a reality already, in September of 2013, Preserves Areoso soil achieved the certification in ISO-22000.
