Salad Sufli Craft :
Salad of Sufli Craft sweet, also traditionally known as “Fry Suflí”, from 35 years ago, is a preserved home typical of the villages of almeria.
This conserves are made up of two of the vegetables most commonly used in the mediterranean coast as are the pepper and the tomato.
With them, we make a wonderful salad classic of the Region of Almanzora which dress with oil, salt, tuna, onion, hard-boiled egg, black olives, cod, etc ..
in Addition, has another app that’s very typical of where you get your name more popular, fry, because it is used as a sauce for cooking on the fire with meat (chicken, rabbit, rib, lean, etc), resulting in a tasty sauce of peppers and tomato.
Their component, as mentioned, are the green bell pepper with a helmet thick roasted by hand to the coal of above entirely by hand, getting all the taste and smell of the fire.
Afterwards, it is hand peeled and reviewed to remove the burned skin, without subjecting it to washing or chemical processes. Then, it is cut into large pieces and generous.

Born in 1985 in the region of Alto Almanzora (Almeria), in the village of Suflí.
