Our vinegar of Jerez is protected by the denomination of origin “Vinagre de Jerez”. This vinegar is young, with an aroma, one of the first vinegars of Jerez ecological available in the market. Organoleptic profile: Yellow in colour, richness of aroma, signs of oak, and Old wine of intensity measure, soft and very balanced. Not pushy, persistent finish. Acidity: 7%. All vinegars Soler Romero are produced under the quality control system ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and are certified by the CAAE (ecological agriculture of the EU) and the balsamic also by USDA (NOP).   Soler Romero is a family enterprise of long tradition of olive grove. We produce, package and distribute olive oil organic extra virgin, processing only the olives grown in our operation, located in Alcaudete, Jaén. Our family remains actively involved in all operations from cultivation to marketing. We are one of the few farms olivareras green with total traceability in Spain: the extra virgin olive oil ecológico SOLER ROMERO is made exclusively with olives from our olive grove, the olives are processed in our mill and packaging is also done in our facilities.
