Exquisite Wine Pedro Ximenez ecological Bodegas Robles obtained from our grape of the payment of Villargallegos, Montilla, Cordoba .
During the “sunlight” we extend the grapes harvested in August in the raisin, a place in the vineyard with a gentle slope where we have a special care that the now dehydrated to be regular and consistent in turning over the bunches to hand.
Bodegas Robles is one of the few wineries that still retain their own raisin, which allows us to extreme care in which it is considered the last working craftsman of the field in Andalusia.
In the cellar, the sun-dried grapes are spread on round mats, and a hydraulic press handles to extract the juice, which deploys at that time an impressive array of aromas of resin, cherry, jelly of quince and honey that flooded the entire warehouse.

Since 1927, the family Robles is dedicated in Montilla to the development of their magnificent wines .
at the end of the nineties, the third generation of the family, takes over the winery and understands the need to incorporate organic viticulture and the work with indigenous yeasts to the tradition of the winery. At first glance, the vineyards of Bodegas Robles have the air of a garden wild and romantic, permeated by a layer of trebolinas, poppies, clover and wild flowers, the buzzing of the bees and other insects.
