Located in the heart of the Dehesa de Extremadura, south of Badajoz and north of Huelva.
Our Iberian pork hams and pallets come from the Spanish Iberian pig breed, which gives them a different taste and characteristics.

All our Azuaga ibercicos hams are certified with the quality standard of Iberian ham and their cure goes from 14 to 36 months.
History, tradition and technology

Azuaga ibericos belongs to Camp pipelines, which is one of the main producers of serrano and Iberian ham.

Campodulce is part of Grupo Jorge, one of the largest meat groups in Spain.

Present in the market for more than 75 years and with a turnover of more than 450 million euros per year.

Our processing plant dedicated exclusively to the Iberian Pig is located in Fregenal de La Sierra, Extremadura, autonomous community producing Iberian par excellence.

In our facilities, the most modern techniques are combined with the artisanal treatment that requires the production of cured ham.

Our entire production process is robotized and automated, so the product does not suffer contamination due to its handling.
