Salsa made in Panama
Our history:
The exclusive recipe for the yellow hot sauce d’elidas dates back to 1904, when West Indian settlers introduced it to Panama on the occasion of the start of the construction of the transoceanic Canal.
For almost 100 years, the recipe was preserved for generations and in 1995 Elida Valdivieso decided to market it. Finally, a group of Panamanian investors bought the rights in 2002 and registered d’elidas SA products and thus began its international expansion.

Delidas SA has its facilities in Panama City, where its famous sauces are made and shipped by sea to countries where it already has presence. In Panama we are absolute leaders in sales with presence in all supermarkets, caterers and coffee shops in the country.
We produce our product in presentations of 11.5 oz and 5 oz (348 and 142 gr) and recently in mini version (2 oz) (57 gr).
