Care Chardonnay 2018 blanco está elaborado 100% uvas Chardonnay de viñedos propios, y permanece 4 meses en barrica con sus lías.
Elaboración: Obtención del mosto mediante sangrado tras 18 horas de maceración en frío (9C) con los hollejos.
La fermentación alcohólica se desarrolló en depósitos troncocónicos de acero inoxidable a una temperatura de entre 15 y 18°C.
Nota de cata: Vino blanco de aspecto cristalino, muestra un color amarillo paja pálido con reflejos verdosos.
Aromas limpios e intensos que nos recuerdan frutas y flores blancas. Exotic.

The acidity that makes gala is very nice and gives a lot of freshness, while supporting the body and the persistence after the passage of the wine through the palate.
