Fagus Coto de Hayas Garnacha 2016 100 % of the families of Garnachas Heavenly of Bodegas Aragonesas. The Grenache is the variety majority from hundreds of years ago in our vineyards and are reporting great successes of Bodegas Aragonesas for the continued research and careful development of our winemakers. Fagus Coto de Hayas Garnacha 2016, Traditional preparation :

Fermenting at 28 ° C with temperature control. It is carried out a maceration with the skins over a period of two weeks. After the alcoholic fermentation is controlled the development of the malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Vineyards of 40-50 years with a production lower than 1 Kg per vine. Harvest: from 1st week of October. Ageing in new barrels of French oak during 10 months. Graduation 14,5% Vol. Serving temperature 17º C AGING : once the malolactic fermentation proceed to racking and barreling of new, in new French oak barrels in contact with its own lees. After this ageing process is the selection of the best barrels, the blend of the same and proceed to bottling. TASTING notes : Colour.- Intense cherry red colour, with shades of tile, clean and bright. Aroma.- Very intense Aroma, with red and black fruits, very mature, notes of maturity, vanilla, toast, coffee, cappuccino. Red fruits of cherry, plum, cherry. Mouth.- Very powerful, meaty and voluminous, with a step mouth very balanced and concentrated, giving rise to a nal long in the mouth, broad, silky, with tannins very round and merging.
