NOSE
This wine is pale gold and bright with aromas of white fruit with numerous fine bubbles.
PALATE
In the mouth it is elegant, long – lasting and well balanced between freshness and fruit.
The secret of sparkling wines is the blend, whether they are from champagne or other regions of France. This is the art of the winemaker.
it Is the choices he makes that determines what is known as the style of the house often.
The style of Charles de Fère is to refuse to voluntarily territorial boundaries, the creation of relations of close collaboration with the producers so that we can select the base wines from the vineyards of the north for its freshness and elegance, together with base wines of the vineyards of the south of ripe fruit, body and smoothness. This bold approach adds finesse, structure, and a complex harmony of flavors that makes Charles de Fère what it is today.
Charles de Fère came to life in 1980 when an innovative winemaker, the sixth generation of Champagne, Jean-Louis, decided to start his own winery with gas in a town called Fère-en-Tardenois, to the outskirts of Champagne.
