Suggestions of consumption hearts of extra gourmet artichokes to the Natural:
1.- Consume hot as the main dish or side of meat and fish, sautéing in a pan a couple of garlic and bacon teeth or finely sliced ham, then pour the sauté on the artichokes.
2.- Drain the artichokes and split them in half. Cover with flour and beaten egg. Go through grated bread and fry in abundant oil. Serve with french fries or as a side dish of meat.
3.- Can be consumed cold, being an excellent ingredient for salads.
