Excelsa rosemary honey pure natural collected using a craft process strictly careful, and respectful with the environment, with the object of maintaining the vital essence of an all-natural product:
• Raw: it has not been subjected to processes of overheating (over 40 degrees) or pasteurisation, preserving unchanged all the vitamins, nutrients and enzymes, as well as their valuable qualities, gustatory and olfactory.
• Pure: produced by bees through the process of pre-libation of pollen and nectar, floral, and secretions of plants and sucking insects, proceeding to subsequent processing and storage in the cells of the hive; it is for this reason that the process is 100% natural and authentic, not intervening factors beyond those that nature gives.

In the “JALEA DE LUZ” we put at the disposal of the most demanding palates with a RAW HONEY AND PURE of unsurpassed quality, adhering to all the process of elaboration of the same, from the BREEDING SWARMS, care of the apiaries, harvesting of the product and packaging handmade in our mieleria (located in the village of Monegrillo in Aragon).
In this way, the product reaches your table WITH ALL THE PROPERTIES INTACT, without any alteration, transformation or mixing. It should be noted that the honey has no expiration date natural, due to its powerful bactericidal power.
To get the best honey and harvest them at the right time, we apply the method of the TRANSHUMANCE (moving of our apiaries to different areas sustainable, according to a thermal gradient that impacts on the flowering of interest in beekeeping).
