From AYANTO we wanted to collect and select five of our best fruit in the Canary Islands, to make jams.
tropical fruit Jams, following an ancient recipe of a German emigrant who one day came to Tenerife and fell in love with the island and taught us a recipe with all the German tradition to preserve the fruit and that you could take throughout the year.
With this ancient recipe German we produce five different flavours of jam: Papaya, Mango, Cactus, Banana and Fig.
All of them are of the fruit very delicate cultured in its entirety in our Islands, which allows us to leave mature fruit on the tree until the right time.
