Jam made of shanks and sleeves of the Canary islands, our mango is grown naturally in the Islands of Tenerife, Gran Canaria and La Gomera.
Are collected in their optimal point of maturation which allows us to retain their firm flesh and juicy and of the highest quality and with a natural sweetness that gives a fresh and excellent taste.
With a very high content of fruit minimum of 65% fruit to 35% sugar, which makes you retain many of the properties and the natural flavors of the fruit.

This variety and quality of fruit has been growing and evolving until our days with the arrival of crops arrived in the world, which have adapted wonderfully to the special conditions of the Canary islands.
From AYANTO we wanted to collect and select five of our best fruit in the Canary Islands, to make jams.
tropical fruit Jams, following an ancient recipe of a German emigrant who one day came to Tenerife and fell in love with the island and taught us a recipe with all the German tradition to preserve the fruit and that you could take throughout the year.
With this ancient recipe German we produce five different flavours of jam: Papaya, Mango, Cactus, Banana and Fig.
All of them are of the fruit very delicate cultured in its entirety in our Islands, which allows us to leave mature fruit on the tree until the right time.
In the kitchen are treated with the extreme thinness that involves working with fresh fruit and very delicate, the packaging thermal is done when our jams reaches the point of cooking and appropriate texture that we want from each fruit, providing an optimal preservation.
