1.- 100% PICUAL: the variety is more stable, the higher content in oleic acid and antioxidants
Monovarietal, 100% picual. The variety picual is the olive that provides a higher content of oleic acid and antioxidants. These components are responsible of the benefits of olive oil for our health. Its high content in antioxidants polifenoleicos protects the oil from deterioration and oxidation, in the same way that it protects us.
Due to its high content in antioxidants, the oil of the picual variety is the most stable, it presents a great resistance to rancidity and maintains its characteristics for a longer time, two or three times higher than in the rest of the varieties.
it is Not common to develop a picual with the care that we employ. The taste of an oil picual well-crafted surprises by its wealth of aromas and a perfect harmony between fruity, bitter and pungent. A good picual exhibits no bitterness excessive as you might have found in other picuales produced and marketed on a large scale.
