organic Wines elegant,with a lot of intensity of fruit and balanced, reflecting their area of origin.
The soils are mainly type-brown limestone of low fertility, having a good level of limestone soil and good conditions of permeability, which confer to the organic wines of Idrias a unique personality of the “land of the Somontano” to which they belong, accented by the own practice of wine making ecological little interventionist power to turn the expressiveness of each of the varieties selected.
The 55 hectares of its own vineyards of Idrias are 550 metres high, stood in the way of the old Payments, around the Cellar, identified in 3 main Plots: ALFEZ, TURMOS and FLAT and subdivided each one of them in subplots in function of its variety and specific conditions, in such a way that each of them is identified and managed independently of the rest, to get the best quality of grapes of the same, being common to all of them the viticulture sustainable ecological environment-which it is practiced.
sustainability is greatly favored by the climate of the area, where the contrast between the cold winters influenced by the high mountains and the summers hot and dry, although with much variation in temperature between the day and the night, have a direct influence in an excellent state of health and of health for the maturation of the vineyard.
