Bodegas Agustín Cubero
It was founded in 1881 and is now the fourth generation to run it. It has modern facilities in the town of Calatayud , province of Zaragoza.
It has vineyards since the 1940s in front of the garnacha varieties in vaso, at an average altitude of 900 mts.
On Slate and red clay grounds, it also has Syrah, tempranillo and macabeo varieties.
Once the quality grapes they produce acquire the degree of maturity and balance of acidity, work begins on the different varieties, always combining the most modern methods of temperature control, chemical and sensory analysis for their tification and stabilization along with the wisdom and experience of their family tradition.
Its state-of-the-art facilities allow bottling under inert weather conditions. This is how wine is bottled under the most aseptic conditions, with the highest guarantees of Hygiene and quality.
Its wines are the faithful reflection of its quality, personality and dedication in its production.
