Espelta Sierra de Albarracín

After several generations and long experience as farmers, we have decided to take the step to reach out to our customers and consumers the “high natural products”.
We call "high natural products" all those made with our cereals, because their cultivation takes place at an altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level.
This high altitude makes them special, because the climatology itself makes them more immune to pests, which allows us to carry out the cultivation process naturally, without using chemical substances or pesticides. However, we ensure that the product that reaches our customers and consumers has the highest quality, conserving its natural properties and nutrients, as its characteristics have not been modified by external agents.
We have an example in our cereal “spelt” (Triticum Spelta), where the way to grow it is totally natural, at 1,500 meters of height, in Bronchales (Sierra de Albarracín – Montes Universales), without using pesticides of any kind, which, as we mentioned, allows it to conserve all its properties and nutrients. This product has a low gluten content, is very rich in fibers and has a large protein supply, so it is totally recommended in our daily diet.
