all that wealth of fruit in the wine.
Since 1927, the family Robles is dedicated in Montilla to the development of their magnificent wines .
at the end of the nineties, the third generation of the family, takes over the winery and understands the need to incorporate organic viticulture and the work with indigenous yeasts to the tradition of the winery. At first glance, the vineyards of Bodegas Robles have the air of a garden wild and romantic, permeated by a layer of trebolinas, poppies, clover and wild flowers, the buzzing of the bees and other insects.
however, there is nothing accidental in the vineyard: is the result of years of research in which the winery maintains a permanent dialogue with the University and several research centres, national and international.
Cultivate organic grapes with greater intensity and quality of flavors and aromas that we know, we watch your natural process and transfer all that wealth from the fruit in the wine.
