Since 1988 ALMIZATE Artisans of the Duck, is dedicated to the artisanal production of foie gras, always with Ducks of the mular race that are the most suitable for this purpose.
ALMIZATE bases the quality of its delicacies on its raw material, the fruit of a duck husbandry under the strictest standards of quality and hygiene, with a natural diet guaranteeing a Artisan and at the same time exquisite product; worthy of the most demanding palate.
Our facilities have their own cutting room, a workshop and a small room cannery where we make our products, bloc, mousse, confit….etc
In almizate we have taxes quality programs and food safety procedures based on the APPCCprinciples.
This system has the possibility of applying preventive measures to avoid the presence of hazards that may affect the safety of products.
The quality controls are carried out in each of the production processes, thus guaranteeing a complete traceability of the product, from the arrival of the raw material to the final product.
