Cava reserva produced in special bottle, characterized by its lemon yellow, clean and bright and the elegance of his fine bubble. Abundant release of carbon dioxide, highlighting the elegance of his fine bubble. On the nose, stand out the fine aromas of citrus fruits, mixed funds of dried fruit and aromas of aging. His prolonged aging gives a good structure in the mouth, but preserving a thoroughly fresh and smooth, representative of its particular bouquet.

varieties that are used for the preparation of the base wine for cava are Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. The grape harvest begins in late August with the Macabeo variety and ends in early October with the variety Parellada.
