PREPARATION:
The Vermouth Martinez Lacuesta Red is made using traditional methods since 1937.
This is considered as one of the best appetizers.
The Conzia or extracts (herbs and aromatic plants macerated in cold white wine) aged in american oak barrels, and is added to the white wine base, next to the sugar, citric acid, caramel and alcohol.
